Patria Shop is an online store operated by the company named at the bottom of this page. We sell Colombian artisan, food, fashion, home and wellness products and ship them to the United States and internationally.
Many products are made by independent makers and brands. We select, import, store, sell and ship them. In most cases we are the seller of record for orders placed here.
We describe and photograph every product with care. Because many items are handmade or made in small batches, color, size, pattern and finish can vary slightly, and screens show colors differently.
We may correct errors in descriptions, images or prices at any time, including after an order is placed.
Read the label and the maker’s instructions before use, and check ingredients for allergens before eating or applying a product. Supervise pets with any pet product.
Statements about wellness and personal care products have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ask a health professional if you have a medical condition.
Food, cosmetic and wellness products are sold under the rules of the country where they are received. If you resell them, you are responsible for compliance where you operate.
Brand names, logos and images belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we sell, and this does not mean the brand endorses or sponsors Patria Shop.
Anything you resell or use commercially is your responsibility, including any rights needed from the brand owner.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a sale when we confirm shipment. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, lack of stock, a shipping restriction, a technical error or a payment that is invalid or looks suspicious.
If we cancel an order we notify you and refund the full amount to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. We collect sales tax where the law requires it. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and may have an expiry date or exclusions.
Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Shipping and Delivery policy and our Returns and Exchanges policy, which are part of these terms.
Businesses that buy through our Distributor program are buying to resell and are not consumers. Their orders may have minimums and may be covered by a separate written agreement.
Wholesale buyers are responsible for the licenses, labeling and registrations needed to resell the products in their state, and for how they sell them.
You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for activity under your account.
If you post a review, photo or message, you confirm it is honest and yours to share. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on our website and channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
Do not misuse the website: no fraud, scraping, attempts to break or overload the site, or use of our content to mislead others.
The text, photos, design and code of this website belong to Patria Shop or its makers and partners. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing a product link. Any other use needs our written permission.
To the extent the law allows, the website is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law. Some states do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Osceola County, Florida, unless your local law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
