Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally taking between 4 to 7 business days from the shipment date.
Shipping Costs:
- We offer free shipping to US on purchases over $99 USD, and fror the rest of the world on purchases over $174 USD
- For purchases below this amount, a shipping fee will apply, which will be detailed at checkout.
Shipping Terms: Shipments are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning that customs fees and other taxes incurred upon entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return and Refund Policies
Return and Exchange Conditions: If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.patria-shop.com, you can return or exchange it within fifteen (15) days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product must not be used.
- It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging, instructions, documentation, and any additional accessories.
- It must be delivered to our offices within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Return Process: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Packages sent with postage due will not be accepted. Claims will not be accepted after this period. All shipped products are carefully inspected to avoid these situations.
You must return the defective product to the indicated address within 15 days of receipt. We will thoroughly examine the returned product and, if applicable, send you a replacement at no additional cost. The replacement will always be for the same item or reference. Returns will not be accepted for products that are not in the same condition as received or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
Handcrafted Products: Our products are handcrafted and may present natural variations in texture and color, which are not considered defects. These characteristics should be accepted as part of the unique appearance of the product.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the payment method used for the purchase. Patria-Shop will not refund the amount or reship merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned items have been verified. The refund amount will be the original order price, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of verifying the correct condition of the returned product.
